I strayed so far from this recipe it wasn't even funny!
2lbs. of cooked shrimp
4 Tbl butter
1/4 cup olive oil
2 large garlic cloves, finely chopped
1 cup white wine
1 can chicken broth
- Melt 2 Tbl. of the butter in a large skillet, add the olive oil and garlic. Let the garlic simmer on low heat for 2-3 min. Then add the wine and turn up the heat to medium and reduce the liquid by half.
- Add the can of chicken broth and continue to reduce the liquid by half again.
- Add the 2 Tbl of butter and let melt into the sauce
- Turn off the heat and add the cooked shrimp.
Serve over cooked pasta, yummy!
