Finally the snow is gone and good news!! The ground never froze, because we got so much snow so quickly it just insulated the ground. My plants are coming up like crazy!! The section of little rocks off the right side is my blueberry bushes. There are three there soon to be four. They are coming along pretty good. I have to prune them though.
This is the view from the opposite end. I started laying black plastic and mulch down last fall, but ran out of money and time! :) I am hoping to finish this year.
This is Acelia's frog that has been waiting all winter to come out. As you can see he is very happy and thankful for the warm weather! We all are!!
My tulips are starting to come up! I planted 100 around my flag pole. They are so pretty when they are all in bloom.
I found this bit of color coming up. They are so sweet and pretty!
I cant remember what this is. I think it is my bleeding heart. I'm not sure though.
While I was busy in the garden, they guys were burning the brush Dean cut last summer. We will be doing this all week. They have one pile going good!
Now they have two going good!!
This one was the biggest. We worked till dark. We were all dirty, smokey, and tired. When we looked around and saw all the hard work we all put in, and all we accomplished we all felt really good!

Your Crocuses (sp) look so pretty, Kerri. I can see that you were all working very hard. Isn't it wonderful when the sun shines more often and the plants start to come up out of the ground. Such a good feeling to know Spring is here and Winter is gone (except for those few days when it reminds us that it is still there for a little while longer)? Enjoyed seeing your pictures. lol
