Today I'm showing you our living room and dining room. We enjoy talking about the days events when Scott gets home from work and the open floor plan is great. While I'm cooking dinner, they can talk to me while they are in the living room or the dining room!
This is one of our favorite spots in the house. The children and I have a fire going almost everyday. They enjoy reading here and doing most of their school work.
Our mantle was made by our cabinet maker. The fireplace is 32 feet high from the cellar to the roof and is 7 feet wide with a 4 foot opening for a fire. It puts out alot of heat!I hope you are enjoying the tour and will stop by tomorrow to see the boys rooms. They can't wait for me to post them !
