The picture and frame is one that she gave to my Grandfather after they became engaged. She is 18. The gloves are also hers.
Acelia loves and wears a couple of these hats. When she is not wearing them they are displayed on her wall.
Acelia loves this hat because it goes with most of her dresses. She loves to wear these on any given day not just to church.
I'm not sure what type of feathers this is made of . This hat is off limits because the netting is coming apart and the feathers are falling out.
Thank you for checking out my show and tell!!

This is amazing...and to have them in your possession is priceless!!!
My S n T is shared. If you haven't dropped by, I sure hope you can stop and say "Howdy Do!".
Happy Weekend to you and yours.
These are treasures! Your grandmother looks like a classy lady! Thanks for sharing - Jennifer
Thanks for sharing these--I think the old hats are so neat--wish it was the "rage" to wear them now. I would have liked to have seen a picture of someone wearing them. My son who is at college sometimes wears the hat that men wore in the 40's and 50's--I forget what you call them!
ps. I enjoyed reading your other posts--We used to live part time in Warren Vt. We honeymooned in the White Mts of NH. As a child I camped in maine, and I was born in Ma. Most of my time was spent in CT. So New Enland is famiiar ;-)
What a treasure, and beautiful too!

Lovely hats! They really put
a lot of effort in to making
beautiful hats years ago.
Lovely memories!
How lucky to have her name and some of her belongings :-)
What lovely treasures from your beautiful grandmother, Kerri. I love family names too. Emily and I have the same middle name and it is my Nana's first name. Grace's middle name is her Grandma's first name and Benjamin's middle name is my Dad's first name.
Thank you for sharing such a wonderful show and tell with us!
Hugs,
Kelli
